Let me start by saying we are not an Estate Agent, what we do however is offer an alternative to the main stream selling process.
From our own experience from buying and trying to sell in Spain we have found that the majority of traditional Estate Agents are very poor. This is a view shared by lots of people we have met and spoken to, many whom are completely disillusioned by what they have experienced, poor photos and videos, no or minimal viewings and an agent that disappears after they get you to sign an 'exclusive to them only' contract and then (if you are one of the lucky ones that get a buyer) they charge you between 3 to 4 % commission for the pleasure of using their services!
So, what do we offer instead?
* First of all an open and honest approach, we will not tie you into any 'exclusive' contracts, if you wish to use other means to sell your property but also want to advertise with us then great, please do so.
* We will advertise your property on this site as well as setting up an Idealista account for you and advertising your property with them. They are one of largest property companies in Spain and are often one of the first sites that come up on Google when you search for property for sale in Spain.
* We will post your property details on our Facebook page and our other social media platforms.
* We introduce buyer to seller, you know your property better than anyone else so who best to sell it?! If, however you would rather have someone to show your prospective buyer around and help in the negotiation process then we can help with that.
